How AgPay can work for you:
1) Once you sign up for AgPay Direct Payment, you won't have to write a check for that payment again.
2) You will still receive a statement each month, but your payment will be automatically taken out of your bank account. Each Direct Payment is deducted from your account on the due date (the 10th) each month so it is easy to track.
3) No finance charges for not getting your payment in on time.
4) If you have questions regarding a bill, you still have ample time to call and resolve your concerns.
Also, if you would just like a fixed amount taken out each month instead of your whole statement balance, we can do that for you as well. Instead of setting you up in AgPay for the Direct Payment option, we can set you up as a Fixed Billing customer. With Fixed Billing, you can choose which day of the month you want a specific amount taken out of your bank account (any day before our statement date of the 25th). That amount is then applied to your balance with oldest invoices being paid first. You choose the amount and day that works best for you.
